Virtuoso® Travel Mart Exchange is Still Open!
Based on your votes at the Regional Meetings, we have incorporated two appointment formats into this year’s Travel Mart: the 4-minute traditional "speed dating" and a new 10-minute attendee-requested sales meeting*.
We need your help to realize our mutual goals. It’s up to you to make this two-format structure successful by using our new communication and booking system, Travel Mart Exchange, ahead of time. Members and Suppliers will use Travel Mart Exchange to request and book the new 10-minute sales meetings. It’s a very useful tool, and I believe you’ll find it extremely user-friendly.
A key outcome of the 10-minute meetings is to build on the concept of Travel Mart as a benefit for your clients and a differentiator for you. Over the years many Members and their Advisors have used Travel Mart to connect with our Preferred Suppliers and to find specific travel opportunities for their clients. In fact, many book trips for clients at Travel Mart. Our new format further supports this idea by allowing Advisors to request meetings with Suppliers who are most relevant to client interests. We’re asking you to come to Las Vegas this year with a few clients' needs in mind and use the 10-minute sales meetings to support your efforts.
You can schedule the attendee-requested sales meetings through Travel Mart Exchange, accessible directly from the Travel Mart home page. To get the most from this tool, follow these simple steps:
- Update your individual and company profiles within Composer. Profiles will be updated to Travel Mart Exchange each time you log in.
- Click the Travel Mart Exchange link above to enter the site (using your Composer credentials**)
- Watch the short video tutorial that explains how to navigate and schedule meetings using Travel Mart Exchange.
- Add your photo and specialties to your individual profile to improve other attendees’ ability to target you for meeting requests.
- Start researching, messaging, connecting and scheduling!
If you are having trouble with your Composer password, just click on the
"Forgot user name or password?" link on the Composer log in page to reset your password.
